Editors Note: This is the new club coachs first coaching session with us. All club members welcome to attend - so come along and grab some tips from a JWOC and WOC representative. We also wish outgoing coach Geoff Todkill well with his printing of maps (not that he wasn't already doing that already anyway) and thank him for his coaching over the years.

Directions: From the western edge of West Wallsend head toward O'Donnelltown on O'Donnelltown road. After crossing the bridge over the Motorway

Courses: Training offered for 3 skill levels: (length can vary depending how much you want to do)

- Easy - 2.9-4.1km - Line exercise
- Moderate - 3.0-4.6km - Line exercise
- Hard - Up to 6-7km - Corridor exercise (for those that aren't familar with this type of exercise check out this link)
