Currently the Blatchford family are slap bang in the middle of their European oddessy in support of Joshua's Junior World Orienteering Champs quest. Russell, Karen and Nicola seem to be having a great time (and also competing at the Dolomite 5-day)while Josh has already produced a couple of terrific runs in both the "sprint" and "long" events that have seen him easily placed in the top half of the worlds best junior orienteers. This JWOC (in Primiero, Italy) is his first and I reckon it won't be his last and it seems the whole family may have caught the dreaded travel bug.
