As you are all aware COVID-19 is spreading in Australia and is impacting on many facets of daily life including sporting activities. Orienteering has been impacted and already major events such as the Easter Carnival have been affected.

We are proceeding with the UFO event on Wednesday but there will be some changes to the structure of the event, particularly for registration and results.

Pre-registration There will be no grey slips to fill in.
There will be the option of direct depositing if you do not want to handle money.
You will pay your money on an honesty system, there will be a series of containers to accommodate different denominations of notes and coins.
Please place your money into the appropriate container and select your change.
Please try to bring the correct money to minimise cash handling.
Using hand sanitiser before and after cash handling is recommended.
Hire sticks If you require a SI stick you will remove it from the container yourself and a volunteer will note the number.
No start time will be allocated. You will start yourself.
Dip your SI stick into an additional SI unit so we know that you have started, and this will be deemed to be your acceptance of the waiver that you would normally sign.
When starting please adhere to the recommended social distance of 1.5 metres between yourself and other competitors and any volunteers that may be there to assist.
On completion of your course Please download as normal.
You will receive a split print out but there will be no results blocks.
Results will be published as soon as possible in eventor with links posted on the webpage and face book.
Hired SI sticks should be dropped in the bucket.
